I have known Brigette for 10 years, initially I met her looking for an apartment to stay in, whilst working in Brisbane.  I them left Brisbane and purchased an apartment in the same complex.  I asked Brigette to look after the rental of the property for me.  She was very good when I signed up the original lease and equally good in managing my property.  I found her to be honest and truthful in everything she did for me.  I would highly recommend Brigette to anyone looking for a property manager.

Throughout my stay I never had any issues.  Any repairs that were required were completed promptly and they were very accommodating when it came to the end of my lease making my move nice and easy.  My Property Manager Brigette was always easy to reach and prompt when attending to any issues.

In my four years as a tenant of Brigette O’Neil I have found her to always be approachable, easily contactable, and highly responsive in dealing with maintenance issues around the property. Any issues are dealt with efficiently and kindly. She has made every effort at every stage to make our tenancy as stress-free as possible.

We wanted to write to you and let you know what an AWESOME experience I have had listing another of our rentals with Brigette.  The timely and practical advice has been amazing.  The previous Property Manager had done a terrible job in maintaining the place and being interstate we were none the wiser.  In the few weeks we have been speaking with Brigette we have had the unit repainted and recarpeted and today have sourced a quality long term tenant.  Brigette has supported us every step of the way and even gave me some good advice regarding the common areas which I have passed on to the Body Corporate for follow up.

Brigette Neil has managed my rental properties for fourteen years. Over that time, I have found her to be very approachable, reliable, helpful and efficient.
